Problem: Hi. I have successfully installed an RSS feed on my site before, but I having trouble with this one: url?id=123. I am trying to link to an IceRocket feed created by a friend, but get the error message "unrecognized format for feed." Is is possible to link to a URL of this type? Is there a workaround? Thanks.

Solution: The problem with this feed is the URL. The URL contains a question mark (?) -- which didn't work that well in older versions of RSS Replay (1.1.2)

So:
1. Download RSS Replay 1.2.4 from (or the latest current version)
http://www.rnsoft.com/en/products/rssreplay/download.php

2. Install the Extension (you should only have to double-click it)
When extension manager prompts you to, tell it its OK to replace the old extension

3. Launch Dreamweaver
If Dreamweaver opens a file automatically step 4 will happen on its own

4. Open a page in Dreamweaver (or a new document)
You will now be prompted to update your files for the new version of RSS Replay. Tell it OK. This should update the files automatically, but we want to be 100% sure everything is working so lets continue with just a few more steps.

5. Open the page where you have your RSS Replay on the layout

6. Delete the Replay (but copy the URL of the feed first)

7. Delete any files in your website called rssReplay.js or rssReplayProxy.asp
These file will be recreated in the next step

8. Place a Replay on your layout again (the little green Replay button in the toolbar or by selecting Insert RSS Replay from your menus).

9. Re-configure your Replay -- while you're doing this the files should be replaced automatically
