Problem: I have just installed and registered RSS Replay and while the feeds preview fine in DW MX, they do not appear in either Firefox or IE (latest versions.)

In Firefox, the java console reports the error "RSSReplayFeed in not defined."

My test page is here: http://www.aafsw.org/replaytest.htm and I am linking to a feed on the same domain, http://www.aafsw.org/rss.xml. I have tried linking with both a file name and a full URL and neither method works. Please help, I would really like to use this product!

Solution: The solution is to upload the required files to your server. If you have told Dreamweaver to not upload dependant files then this will not be done automatically for you.

RSS Replay creates one or two files based on your settings: rssReplay.js and rssReplayProxy.asp/php. Both are required for your pages to work. If the JS file (javascript file) is not uploaded then there will be a JavaScript error because the code to build the replay is not actually available to your page. If the ASP/PHP pages are not uploaded you will get an error message that says the proxy could not be found or is not on the server.
