RSSDreamFeeder v 1.4 Updates Linking and Content Extraction for RSS Feed Creation in Dreamweaver

Arlington, VA, May 15, 2006 — RNSoft President & CEO Ronald Northrip today announced the immediate availability of RSS DreamFeeder version 1.4, a free update to the popular Dreamweaver extension for creating RSS feeds from existing Dreamweaver-based content.

The new version of RSS DreamFeeder now has case-sensitive URLs in all places where linking might happen within the feed -- including extracted links as well as same page links. RSS 2.0 feeds with GUIDs have been updated so republishing hosts and aggregators will point to the appropriate LINK pages. All extracted content within feeds is now checked for closing HTML tags, and missing closers are added to make sure that content is valid XML.

Most people build their website with Dreamweaver. They spend all their time updating pages and posting content that will never make it into portal or news sites like Yahoo and Google News. They have no way to reach out to new audiences that use aggregators like NetNewsWire and RadioUserLand instead of web browsers.
